A Well Known Face Has Moved To Our Projects Team

In some team Kamarin news, We’re happy to annouce that Jeremy Tucker who works in our EPOS support team has made the move across the business to join our projects team. Jeremy has been with Kamarin for 2 years and in that time he has supported a whole array of our tourist attraction customers and UK businesses on the support helpdesk, so you may be familiar with him. As our team is expanding Jeremy will now join our growing projects team helping to install and implement projects at attractions and businesses across the UK. We sat down with him to catch up about the move into the project team.

What are you most looking forward to heading into projects?

Getting out and about to actually meet our customers. I’m very much a people person and love hearing about their business and dreaming up ways that we can help to improve their systems and processes.

Why make the move to projects?

I have been involved in project management and crafting solutions for customers in previous roles outside of Kamarin. Working in projects offers me the opportunity to combine those skills with the product knowledge that I have built up so far, to deliver a fully integrated system that suits the needs of our customers.

What will you miss about support?

Having built up such a great relationship with our existing customers, I’ll be certain to miss the regular interactions with them. Hopefully I’ll be able to get out and see them all at some point! I’ll also miss the satisfaction of solving problems and getting customers back up and running on the rare occasion that things do go wrong. Working in projects offers a different type of problem solving, which I’m very much enjoying so far.

What’s your favourite day out or attraction to visit?

I recently took my son away for the weekend and visited the RAF Museum in London as well as the Tank Museum in Bovington. Both were incredible days out and a day at each of them was just not enough! I’m hoping for a project there soon.

So there you have it! Make sure to look out for Jeremy on site soon!
