Admin Assistant Vacancy At Kamarin

A full-time position based in our Scunthorpe office, this role will support our office and HR Manager. It would suit someone looking to undertake the 12-month apprenticeship in Business Administration. The role has plenty of scope to become a permanent position after training period.

You will be part of a team responsible for coordinating activities in the business maintaining our exceptional levels of customer services, and administrative targets.

Tasks will include assisting the Office Manager with:

  • HR related tasks
  • Customer retention
  • Filing
  • Utility management
  • Assisting other departments as and when required
  • Maintaining the general office environment including ordering stationery, refreshments and cleaning products

The ideal person for the role will:

  • Be a good communicator
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Be proactive with a willingness to learn
