Apprentice EPOS Internal Project Consultant Vacancy At Kamarin

Specialising in EPOS and Tourist Attraction Software, Kamarin, part of The HBP Group, is looking for 2 Apprentice EPOS Internal Project Consultants who are organised, trustworthy, reliable, and passionate about making a difference within our organisation.

The Role:

Based out of our Peterborough office, you will be trained to support our current EPOS implementation and support team with small project implementations and customer liaison, software upgrades, data/security changes as well as working with a well-established and knowledgeable team throughout. This is also an excellent base for future progression into roles such as KC implementation consultant or KC software support analyst within our team.

As an apprentice, this means experience and training in customer service, SQL data and scripting, IT environment setup, and training in award-winning EPOS software. The successful applicant will also be placed on a fantastic government-backed Project Management or Data Technician Apprenticeship course.

The main responsibilities for the apprenticeship role with training will be:

Project planning and customer liaison
Software installation and software migrations
Software troubleshooting
SQL data migration & scripting
Internal handovers and liaison
